All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within Australia.

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or offered as a flat rate where applicable.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and external factors.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control (such as carrier delays or peak periods). PMA United is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.
